Within a week of enquiring if it was possible to change the word sister to my sister's actual name, I received my candleholder. Excellent service. We, sadly, lost my sister in April 2020 to covid 19 and I light it up every Sunday as part of the 8pm show of light for those lost to covid 19 and their families
